With over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, I have dedicated my career to delivering results through a blend of strategy, mentorship, and relationship-building

I joined JMS™ in 2019, drawn by the company’s innovative approach to marketing and its commitment to client success. As the Sales Director, my role is to align our sales efforts with the company’s creative vision, ensuring that our solutions meet the unique needs of our clients. I oversee a talented team of sales professionals, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, two grown children, and our Labrador, Max. I’m also an avid supporter of local charities, particularly those focused on education and entrepreneurship. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the Shropshire Hills, playing golf, and reading about the latest trends in business and technology.
