Toby Johansson is an accomplished E-commerce Consultant at Jack Marketing Solutions™ with a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, enabling him to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and maximise online presence.

My name is Toby Johansson, and I’m proud to be an e-Commerce Consultant at Jack Marketing Solutions™. I’ve spent much of my professional life immersed in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of e-commerce, helping businesses navigate digital platforms and maximise their online sales potential.

My journey into the digital space began long before e-commerce became the global force it is today. I moved to London in 2010 to work for a growing fashion retailer, where I played a key role in optimising their online store. My big break came in 2018 when I joined eBay’s UK headquarters in Richmond, West London. At eBay, I worked as part of a dynamic team, helping sellers optimise their listings and leverage the platform’s tools to increase visibility and sales. It was an intense and rewarding role, requiring constant adaptation to new technologies, algorithms, and market trends.

In 2021, I decided to bring my expertise to Jack Marketing Solutions™. Joining a consultancy focused on delivering tailored marketing strategies was a natural fit for me. At JMS™, I help businesses of all sizes develop and refine their e-commerce strategies, from choosing the right platforms to optimising product listings and driving customer engagement. One of my proudest achievements at JMS™ has been helping a regional manufacturer launch their first direct-to-consumer online store. By creating a seamless user experience, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, and optimising the checkout process, we saw a 50% increase in online sales within six months.

I stay connected to my Swedish roots outside work – cooking, reading literature, and spending time outdoors. I’m also an avid cyclist and enjoy exploring the Shropshire countryside on two wheels.
