She’s had the privilege of spending the last 30 years of my career in human resources, helping organisations of all sizes build positive, thriving workplace cultures. Her career spans from Smithson’s to JMS™ where she joined 15 years ago giving me the chance to build a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s growth and vision while maintaining a focus on the people that make it all happen.

Over the years, she’s attained several certifications in HR, including a Chartered Fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay ahead of the latest trends in HR.
