Introducing Jacqui Pearce the HR Manager at Jack Marketing Solutions™, who is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace culture. She’s had the privilege of spending the last 30 years of my career in human resources, helping organisations of all sizes build positive, thriving workplace cultures. Her career spans from Smithson’s to JMS™ where she joined 15 years ago giving me the chance to build a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s growth and vision while maintaining a focus on the people that make it all happen.
Over the years, she’s attained several certifications in HR, including a Chartered Fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay ahead of the latest trends in HR. Her expertise in HR management includes a wide array of areas:

When I’m not immersed in HR matters, you’ll often find me on my narrowboat, cruising the tranquil canals of the West Midlands with my husband and family. It’s a wonderful way to unwind and reconnect with nature, and I find that being out on the water gives me a fresh perspective on life and work. It’s a pastime that offers them a sense of serenity and a deeper connection to the beauty of nature.
