Let me introduce myself, I’m Emily Flowers, and I am in charge of CRM for Jack Marketing Solutions™, both in a corporate role (within the group) and as an advisor to clients, with a passion for leveraging technology and data to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. As a seasoned CRM specialist with 5 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, I’m dedicated to enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth. I’m proud to be a part of the JMS™ team, where we aim to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in the dynamic field of CRM, I’ve built a career focused on understanding customer needs and using innovative solutions to deliver exceptional experiences. My masters dissertation focused on the impact of AI on CRM systems, an area that continues to inspire my work today.

What excites me most about my role is the constant evolution of technology and its potential to transform how businesses connect with their customers. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore new tools and techniques, from AI-driven personalisation to predictive analytics, always aiming to deliver measurable results. My expertise as a CRM specialist and manager encompasses a wide range of areas:

When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, photography, and exploring the West Midland’s incredible landscapes, including the creepy Cannock Chase.
