A Fulfilment House is a place where the processing of an order takes place. This usually includes the acknowledgement of the order, dispatching of goods and the collecting of payment. A company to which another company can outsource fulfilment processes, i.e. a company that fulfils orders or literature requests on behalf of another company. Also known as a fulfilment shop.
