
A Business Reply Card (BRC) is a pre-printed, prepaid postcard or form included in marketing materials, such as direct mail campaigns, that allows recipients to respond easily, without needing to pay postage. The cost of postage is borne by the business only when the card is returned.
BRCs are commonly used to encourage customer actions such as requesting more information, subscribing to a service, entering a competition, or placing an order. They are designed for convenience and to improve response rates by removing friction from the customer’s side.
Though less common in the digital era, BRCs remain relevant in certain sectors and demographics.
